Korean Pop fever has taken the world by storm and has been consistently producing good music and artistes throughout the years. But have you seen a DJ that makes wonders to it?
Carlos Henrique Brandão has been developing a musical project through the internet since 2005 under the moniker Masamune Carlos and more fondly known as DJ MASA.
The 23 yr old prodigy in music production/DJ took all K-pop fans by surprise in 2005 when he released his first mash up of the well known ‘Girls on Top’ track by renowned K-pop artiste Boa in an international forum. It was well received by the K-pop community which spurred DJ MASA in the production of close to a 100 mash ups till date.
Although he’s a Brazilian, DJ MASA is a huge fan of Korean, Chinese & Japanese Pop music. Being the pioneer to spearhead mash up mixes for Korean music, he boldly did a 60 videos mix into a single track.
